Atomicdust Featured in Third Consecutive PRINT Regional Design Annual
The first time Atomicdust was featured in the PRINT Regional Design Annual, one of the most competitive and respected design competitions in the country, we were astounded. (After all, we had entered every year for 16 years without being chosen.) Then it happened again a year later. This year, for the third year in a row, it happened again: Atomicdust’s environmental design work for Pastaria Nashville was featured in the 2018 Midwest category.
Each year, top agencies and creatives across the nation submit thousands of entries, so being selected three consecutive times is an honor.
Partnering with Gerard Craft to brand the Nashville outpost of Pastaria was an amazing project—and as our first time designing for a restaurant based outside of St. Louis, it was a new challenge. Wall to wall, Pastaria Nashville was a labor of love shared by several talented and passionate companies. It’s a project we’re really proud of and we’re thrilled to have it featured in the Regional Design Annual.
If you’re curious, our selected work in 2016 was the branding and interior graphic design for Porano Pasta. PRINT chose the brand identity for Anew the following year.
St. Louis had a great showing in this year’s crop of winners; eight of the 48 Midwest projects featured were by St. Louis agencies. It’s awesome to be part of such a talented creative community that’s being recognized for its work.
Congratulations to all of this year’s winners.
