Atomicdust Re-Launches Bright & Early Speaker Series
NOTE: This event was originally scheduled for an earlier date but was postponed to March 31 due to weather.
Inspiration can come from anywhere.
One of our favorite ways to get inspired is hearing from other creatives about working in their industry and solving business problems with design. And not just because it can help us be better at what we do—it fosters the community and connection that’s so important for a thriving creative scene.
So, we’re bringing back Bright & Early, our monthly morning speaker series.
Each event will feature a different creative sharing their experiences and advice. Topics will cover everything from getting out of creative ruts and advancing your career to connecting with audiences and managing teams and clients. And because inspiration can come from anywhere, speakers will represent a wide variety of careers, industries and companies.
Kicking off our first event is the incredibly talented Lindsey Howell, Global CX Manager at New Balance. Lindsey’s experience spans digital design, UX and development, and her current role focuses on marrying customer needs and wants with business goals. She’s worked both agency-side as a web designer and art director, and in-house at New Balance, managing digital designers, writers and photographers for newbalance.com.
At March’s event, Lindsey will share some things she’s learned during her creative career, and an inside look at CX design for one of the apparel industry’s biggest brands.
You can join the event two different ways.
The first option is to join in-person at Work & Leisure. A $5 ticket includes coffee, some breakfast snacks and Atomicdust swag, plus the ability to meet other creatives at the event. We’ll also livestream the event on Facebook, where you can watch for free from anywhere.
Mark your calendars now, and if you’d like to attend in-person, reserve your spot now. Space is limited.
