Atomicdust Work Recognized with Five 2024 AVA Digital Awards

Our core philosophy at Atomicdust is “To know truth. To make beauty. To do good.”

Those few words guide a lot of what we do. We’re not here to make things just for the sake of making them; we’re here to add value to the work—and the world. So when some of the work that’s meaningful and beautiful to us earns industry recognition, it feels really good.

Five of our recent projects won AVA Digital Awards this year, putting Atomicdust among other winning work for household names like Amazon, YouTube and Ford. (Ok, make that “feels really good AND really humbling.”)

The AVA Digital Awards is an international competition recognizing digital marketing and communication excellence. In recognition of the growing roles that digital media and the internet play in transferring information, AVA Digital Awards has expanded from awarding audio-visual arts to include more than 200 categories. Today, awardees range from digital campaigns, website development, social media engagement and more.

The Tracy Family Foundation Annual Report celebrates a quarter century of supporting local communities, including awarding more than 7,000 grants. Featuring impactful design, copy, and visuals, the annual report mirrors the theme of “reflection.” A simple concept drove both the design and content: a family reflecting on the values their parents taught them and their organization’s impact on others.

The 2022 report earned top honors in this year’s competition, and we’re hoping to keep up the momentum. We partnered with the nonprofit to design the 2023 annual report, too. You can check it out here

Gold Awards

Cite Studio’s website is as unexpected and unorthodox as the real-life spaces the company designs. Playing with design elements like scale, balance and negative space to add tension, we designed the site as an immersive experience that conveys the uncommon beauty of Cite Studio’s work.

Trepwise website homepage on a laptop

The Trepwise team knows what it’s like to grow an organization—and all the challenges that come along with it. The company is known for strategic and supportive expertise. We got to help Trepwise shape their brand and then express it online. The resulting website feels easy—like the experience of getting help from a caring and knowledgeable guide. In both copy and design, it’s straightforward and clear, with friendly pops of personality.

Honorable Mentions

And two more of our website designs earned Honorable Mentions. First, the warm and friendly—but still polished and professional—site for All Pet Card, a payment solution for pet owners and veterinarians. The website for PERC, a nonprofit dedicated to aligning incentives for environmental stewardship, also brought home honors.

We’re incredibly grateful to the AVA Digital Awards for recognizing our work. And congratulations to our clients at Tracy Family Foundation, Cite Studio, Trepwise, All Pet Card and PERC, because these awards are as much yours as they are ours—thank you for the opportunity to create something beautiful and meaningful for your teams.
