Food For Thought: A New Website Establishes Expertise of International Food Products
Sometimes a company has all the ingredients for success, but needs a little design help to bring the recipe to life.
International Food Products provides companies throughout the food, beverage and dairy industry with quality ingredients and custom formulations. When IFPC asked Atomicdust to design a new website to clarify their brand and generate leads, we set out to create something that focused as much on the quality of their service as it did on the quality of the ingredients they provide.
Our design complements the established, recognizable IFPC logo, but pushes the brand forward with fresh typography and clean lines. Simplified navigation, a visual timeline of the company’s history and new, candid photographs of IFPC leadership make the brand warm and approachable. Beautiful ingredient photos highlight IFPC’s high-quality standards – as visitors read about IFPC’s expertise and service, they can enjoy enticing photographs of strawberry ice cream, golden french fries on brown butcher paper and powdered sugar sprinkled across a sheet of star-shaped pastries.
But where most ingredient distributors compete on the web using pretty pictures of food, the refreshed IFPC website expands the conversation, focusing on webinars, news and daily market alerts to help customers stay on top of industry events and pricing changes. IFPC sees themselves as something more than a typical distributor: they’re trusted ingredient advisors with a deep understanding of food manufacturing. Each piece establishes the company’s credibility and gives customers a reason to come back, even when they’re between orders.
